Optional additions

Raw Honey

Raw Honey is one of nature’s most beautiful super foods. A wonderfully uplifting food which captures the essence of flowers and the energy of bees and transforms that energy into food for our human nervous system.
*If using with tea or anything hot, wait tell the temperature drops.
*Important to consider with raw Bee products including Bee pollen and honey. Agave nectar is a better alternative for using with heat.
Excessive heat can have a detrimental effect on the nutritional value of honey.
Heating up to (98.6 F) causes loss of nearly 200 components, part of which are antibacterial.
Heating up to (104 F) destroys invertase, an important enzyme.
Heating up to (122 F) turns the honey into carmel (the most valuable honey sugars become analogous to sugar).

Lemon

Lemon has a highly alkalizing effect on the body when despite it’s acidic nature.  It also aids with digestion.
*Warm water with lemon is a great tea to drink through out the day. Try this as an alternative to coffee. As it is energetic and up lifting.
