HERBS FOR WELL BEING

There is less attention placed on nutrition and healthy lifestyle.  This can be easily seen when treating ailments.  Often the answers from doctors lie in a quick fix from a pill.  These pills are synthetic compounds that replicate compounds that are often found in nature.   It’s time to take it back to the roots.  Natural remedies won’t cure you overnight, but if you stick with it, you will find that they have the capability to take care of any ailment you are dealing with.   Here is a helpful list to get you started of herbs for overall well being.  Herbs can be either made into tinctures, teas or used to cook with for medicinal benefits.
